It’s unbelievable how many times I’ve try to trust that you guys will complete my order correctly. You guys make great sandwiches (wish is basically all I order) but still choose to make the sandwich you guys want to make not what is stated in the order details. Get a grip, learn to read directions this is my third time ordering and it never comes correctly done. I blame myself even more for giving you guys the chance to ruin my breakfast. I’m a vegetarian and this sandwich always has ham in it.

DON’T GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME. They take a long a time to make ANYTHING. First time I went there I ordered a mofongo con carne frita. I understand a mofongo takes time BUT NOT AN HOUR AND A HALF. They are not attentive and the owner does not give a h!t and expects THE CUSTOMER to understand he’s understaff lol. The food was OKAY, nothing out of this world, but by the time I got it I was so disgusted with the service I gave it away…Second time, I was getting a friend a coffee and this people TOOK OVER 20 MINS TO TAKE MY ORDER AND THEN ANOTHER 15 TO MAKE A SINGLE CUP OF COFFEE. My friend even called me and asked if I was ok ? because the place was close to where we were (less than 3mins) and it was a *simple* order. Furthermore, while I waited to have my order taken there were 2 other clients that returned their food because it was not made how they ordered it and one that walked out because of how long it was taking them to take the orders. Not to mention their price for one small coffee (about 4oz) was a lil over 5 after taxes… I meaaann NOT EVEN STARBUCKS ?? at least starbucks doesn’t take as long and they give you 8oz for a small coffee.NEVER AGAIN. GOING THERE IT’S A LITERAL WASTE OF TIME.IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, I WOULD.

Ordered 2 Ham, egg and cheese sandwiches, 1 with butter and salad the other without salad and mayo, did not get the mayo and both sandwiches tasted very plain, nothing was seasoned and food took over 40 minutes

Ordered breakfast sandwiches from here the bacon was old and burnt and the bread was over toasted never again $50 wasted

A friend told me about this place so I visited with my mother and in comparison to all the nearby PRican establishments this one is one of the best in Polk county.The food was really good and I know because my mother is a top notch Puerto Rican cook and they are right up there with her cooking?The food was seasoned really well and cooked to perfection.It was mother and daughter approved. ??
