Mercantile Dundee Scotland

I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant last week. The staff were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The food was outstanding, and the drinks menu was extensive. I also adored the decor, especially the cloud wallpaper that I had been admiring for a few years. I was thrilled to see it in person! I am very satisfied with my experience and cannot wait to come back again soon. I wish this restaurant was in my neighborhood!

Greatest new pub in Dundee. Been a few times now when I visit from Edinburgh and the place is just spot on. Staff are really nice and attentive and the drinks are great quality. Food is also nice. It's now the place I think of first when I come through to meet a friend. Keep it up Barrelman's!

A lovely vibe and tasty food! We shared some small plates and they were all delicious. The lady who served us was absolutely lovely and so attentive to all guests. The front part of the bar is dog friendly and they brought over a bowl of water for our puppy which was so kind. Will definitely return to try some of the amazing cocktails on the menu!

We had a wonderful family meal here ...service was exceptional...along with the food.

Friendly and helpful staff who went out their way to assist one of our party who is Coeliac Fantastic gastropub food, the Barrelman House Burger on the pretzel bun is delicious and the French fries are some of the best I have ever had Their Espresso Martini cocktail is well worth a try too Cannot fault this place.
