Possibly the best ice I've ever eaten in France. cremer as Italian ice, but still very good. definitiw more generous portions than in paris! total, highly recommened!
After a visit made of many inaccuracies and false allegations, the tasting was quite disappointing: little choice in the perfumes that day unlike what had been sold to us during the visit, lack of taste of ice creams or tastes reinforced with artificial aromas. I am a pastry craftsman and I find it shocking that someone who says that they make crafts can have such false words about their production. The initial recipe for ice cream is not respected as they do not put eggs in their cream. they justify this by health concerns while the use of egg products, although more expensive, does not involve any risk. The absence of eggs in their recipes is therefore only a cost saving of production. So we find ourselves with ice creams either insipid or reinforced by food flavours. With respect to hygiene rules, the employee tells us that he does not use carts in the labs because there is no contact with customers. So I remind you that the port of the carts is not intended to "do well" in front of the customers but has a health role, to prevent the hair from falling into the preparation for example! As for the service, I find chocolate in the ice cream lemon because, told me the waitress, there was still on the spoon. So we don't rinse the spoon between the service of the different perfumes???In summary, yes, this glacier tries to make a little craftsmanship as it tries to make some basic preparations itself but we are in years light of the real authentic recipes of nice glaciers for example. He is a craftsman, but a bad craftsman! The only positive point is that the waffles of the pickles are made home and are very good.Fautes better, rather than eating a 100% industrial ice. Maybe... personally, I think he's doing a lot of harm to crafts.
An important choice of perfumes, ice creams and horns are crafty and really good. Unfortunately the staff is not very pleasant especially when there is a world it spoils a bit the pleasure of having fun. Ice is certainly expensive, but it is worth a visit.
