Feedback gevenDirection Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, in the back of a palace, a peat that tastes the Spicy. I came to the Epistle for one reason: The chocolate sphere of Laurent Jeannin... Unfortunately, I learn that this Grand Chief left us, disappointment with compassion and guilt not being better informed before... I therefore extend my condolences and apologies for my indelicate. So I decided to honor this beautiful place that jealously contains the Bristol by choosing a dish, truffle full cooked in its salt crust by chef Eric Frechon: a spectacle for the eyes as soon as it arrives, an explosion of flavor in the mouth... Many of them, all the more sublime than others, embellish tastings leading to culinary pleasure. My very temporary disappointment from beginning to long, however I don't feel like an attack to take a dessert after this party, so I ask the addition... A new between two sweets that do not refuse as long as it draws your eye under its elegant presentation of perfection that is also the case of taste. It is with some perplexity however that the dessert blankets are arranged on the table... Chef Patissier Julien Alvarez in the kitchen offers me the Citron Mento in tribute to Laurent Jeannin. I admit I was particularly touched by this delicate attention. And here this passage will have made the Spider one of my 5 starred favorite restaurants (I will not make the ranking here). Excellent address for this little dinner. Great wine and good beer card. The chef is with you in his kitchen corner behind the counter. His very effective and friendly wife at the service. Very good generous kitchen like the boss.
Perfect cooking control in the plancha. I tested the well grilled pork, cooked in the heart but deliciously tender... small crushed purée, a real pleasure. The whole house and success, and it is increasingly rare in this type of establishment. Mini week gastro, quality of the kitchen and products for a free price...

There's a humanity in this restaurant. It's not organic or vegetarian but it's very warm and very good. And the welcome and cuisine of the boss accompanies your tasting. It is advisable to book because it is sometimes complete.
