I was at drive thru with children on march 5 2024 @755 am and the lady taking my order said she couldn’t hear me so I spoke up then she proceeded to yell at me and told me to not yell at her we won’t be going there again to such rude customer service

Food is always good. Service isn 't necessarily bad just usually not cery welcoming, although some do an amazing job of customer service, but I do not know their names to give credit.My 2 biggest pet peeves with Wendy 's is that they will refuse to give you a straw after giving you your drinks and tell you it 's in the bag, that they have not given you yet. 2nd is they do not carry strawberry jelly.
