Feedback gevenWorst customer service and it was by the manager , was mad because I ask to see how much mayo she was putting on my sandwich ask her if she was OK she walk away from finishing my sandwich and another worker had to finish it , if you can't handle acustomer ask a simple question then you u should not be working in a fast food restaurant yet alone the manager !!
Absolutely the worse service I have ever received in any kind of establishment. I stand patiently waiting to place an order 3 employees behind the counter after a few minutes I walk toward register and they tell me to order the other end of counter(where I just walked from) so I comply and walk down 2 of them turn their backs and one walks to the back. Zero service. Totallyignored after just being asked to move to other end of counter. I stood again patiently waiting. What a joke of a business
I had the worst service I've ever encountered at any restaurant. I waited patiently to place my order, but after a few minutes, the three staff members behind the counter told me to go to the other end. I complied, but two of them turned their backs to me, and the third walked away. I felt completely disregarded after being asked to move, which was incredibly frustrating. It was such a disappointing experience with this establishment.
The restaurant boasts a delightful ambiance and provides outstanding service. I highly recommend it!
I ordered online and received a call informing me that one of the items I selected was unavailable. They asked if I wanted to substitute something, which I understood due to ongoing supply chain issues. However, there was a price difference, and they assured me I would be refunded the difference. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told they couldn’t issue the refund. I had ordered two soups, and there were cups in the bag that were meant for them. A few minutes after getting home and checking my food, I discovered I only received two cups of beef broth instead of the soups. Additionally, both substitutes were incorrect. I tried calling them for assistance, but it didn’t seem worth the hassle of going back for a resolution given the level of service I experienced.
