Gruffs Tap Grill - Dunnellon

I visited on December 2, 2022, and we both ordered prime rib cooked medium rare. The meat was quite good initially, but after a while, it became difficult to chew, and I decided to stop eating it. I mentioned this to the waitress, but we were not offered any compensation. Overall, it was disappointing, and I’m not sure we'll return.

I've dined here several times, both inside and for takeout, and the food and service consistently impress! I usually go for the steak, which is always tender and mouthwatering. Tonight, I tried the chicken parmesan while my husband had the fried oyster dinner, and both dishes were incredibly delicious. I wish I had taken pictures before we devoured everything! The staff is always fantastic, and my husband and I really enjoy the atmosphere. They also have great drinks. We absolutely love Gruff’s!

We're looking for authentic Indian cuisine. Typically, we dine indoors, but this time we opted for outdoor seating. Unfortunately, the portion of Chicken Vindaloo we received was only a quarter of a cup, which was quite disappointing. It barely amounted to six bites, and I would expect a more generous serving when seated. Despite this setback, I can confidently say this is the best Indian food around. I suspect the issue might have been a lazy server or chef on that day. As a regular customer, I'm quite disappointed, but I will be returning for the food I love. However, I won't be placing any orders for takeout next time.

My man and I are new in dunnellon and have tried local restaurants in our opposite. this restaurant is one I do not return to. very poor service, my eating tastes as if it came from great value jars. my man waited for 45 minutes for his hamburger. Our waitress was so overwhelming with all the tables she was waiting for to forget about our drinks and side parts that go with our food. I'm sorry for this evaluation, but being honest is very important.

This was the first restaurant we went to when we moved to Dunnellon in 2020. We were very pleased with everything and we eat there once a week. The food aways comes to us hot and fresh off the grill. The service is always good. We prefer to sit in the bar area so we can watch football or basketball on one of the many tv's. They also have a large dining area if you want a quiet dining experience.
