Hyatt Restaurant - Dunnville

I came in pretty late at night but was surprised with the friendly service.My food arrived quickly and tasted great.It was better than a majority of Chinese food restaurant I've been too.

We have been to this restaurant several times over the past 4 years since we retired here. We went there tonight, shortly after 7 p.m, and overall it was a terrible experience. The 1st server we had didn't know what a rye and tonic was. The drinks had very little ice. She left shortly after she served us and we were never asked if we wanted another drink. We never had another server only the cooks and the cashier to serve us when they came into the dinning room. There were many items that were missing altogether on the buffet table. Some other trays only had 2 or less pieces in them. We had to ask for more food items and then had to say exactly how many we wanted of each. There was only 1 piece of pie left and looked terrible. The bill was very high for the variety, quality and service we received. After this experience we will gladly go out of town for Chinese food.

The restaurant is not pretty but they have decent Chinese food. I usually order take out as its nicer to eat up the street at the park on the grand river.

It is a great location with abundance of parking.the entrance is decorated with sparkling holiday lights and you are greeted warmly.friendly and helpful staff.waitress are fantastic serving us with refilling Chinese buffet as we required.from beginning to the end this restaurant is score top marks.i ate a lot.i will return again for another quality night.

I ordered family dinner take-out for Christmas Eve.it was very busy there.i waited for a while for my food.Great food .large proportions.reasonable price.i am from Toronto.i really feel the taste is better than GTA areas.i especially like chicken balls,breaded shrimp ,chicken fried rice ,lemon chicken and honey garlic ribs.highly recommended.won't regret it.i will try buffet with my family next time .
