The Ship Inn is a fantastic place to stay in a charming historical village, surrounded by an idyllic environment. The tradition of the naval pub is wonderful, with excellent dining and a friendly staff. Although it is easy to access nearby places like Southwold, the village itself is perfect for a relaxing and rural getaway. There are beautiful walks around the village and along the coast, with the sea just a stone's throw away from the inn. I highly recommend visiting Dunwich and enjoying a stay or meal at the lovely Ship Inn.

We love the ship. it is dog-friendly (the personal asks if you dog wants a sausage to breakfast) the rooms are very clean. that eating is excellent and much of it and all employees are beautiful and can not do enough for them. the location is fantastic and practical to explore the rest of suffolk. I highly recommend it.

This was our third stay in the ship, and again the comfortable and clean rooms, great eating and wonderful staff have our stay incredible! can not recommend this place enough!
