Manny Fresh-co - Durango

I absolutely adore their food. During a summer visit to Durango, we dined at the 11th Street Station and instantly became enamored with their ramen. It was hands down the best we have ever had! We have been eager to return, but unfortunately, the truck was closed. It was a relief to discover that they had relocated, and I made sure to track them down. Even though the 11th Street Station was unsure if they were still operating, I was not interested in trying out a new truck. I am loyal to the delicious food from this place!

Perhaps I am just used to the ramen in Dallas, but this restaurant was only okay, not amazing. The miso was lacking in flavor, and the tonkotsu was decent but nothing extraordinary. The hard boiled egg was ... unique. If you are craving ramen, this place will satisfy that craving.

This ramen is on point. If you're reading this chef- please soft boil the egg not hard boil!!

The guy that took my order brought my food to me, not knowing where I was so i did not have to walk through the muck as it was pouring down hail and rain in 40° weather. What amazing service! Also, the salmon bowl was delicious and the perfect portion.

I loved the concept of the 11th St Station, but never expected the food to be this good. I only wish I had been hungrier! I tried the Crispy Tuna because I was instantly sold on the deep fried rice cake, and it was the best sushi-ish thing I've had in so long, the people next to me probably got an earful if my mmmmmmms! I am not from Durango, but am already trying to plan a stop on our way back from Telluride. I can't wait to try more from them!
