Grand Cafe - Durant

Terrible waitress. Ordered 2 waters and a tea and a beer. Ordered appetizer same time. Appetizer came out and no drinks. Finally water came. Beer came and no tea. Never got the tea. She blamed it on the bar. Appetizer was done and still she had not taken our order. We watched others come in after us and some actually ate and left before she took our order. Food was great. We were done and stacked up our dishes and waited and finally she came and brought our bill. It was not very busy when we came in. Maybe 1/4 full. Was 2/4 full when we left. Probably won’t go there again.

Had a reservation issue just two hours before our event, but they made up for it in a very professional manner. Service and food was excellent as well as the managers handling of the situation. Will definitely go back whenever we are at this venue.

Seat back was not secure every time the guys on other side moved we spilled drinks. Service extremely slow. Food was so-so. Price appropriate for casino

Reasonable priced, good food venue that is convenient and easy.
