Smashburger - Durant

The burger was fantastic and the fries were nice and crispy! However, please get rid of the paper straws. I recently went to another place and requested a straw, and the one that sticks into the drink is just frustrating!

Even when they get the order wrong, the food is too excellent not to come back. They forgot to add bacon to one of our burgers and didn't make the sauce substitution on mine, but it was still incredible. I'll definitely be back tomorrow (though maybe I'll double-check my order beforehand). I eat here 2 or 3 times a month, and there have only been a handful of mistakes—about 5%. It's always packed; there's usually a line forming before they open, and it stays busy until closing!

Expensive. I've sampled a variety of dishes here, and the only standout is the fries. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was incredibly thin and dry; it felt more like jerky than anything else.

Whenever we are at Choctaw Durant Casino, we usually eat at smashburger. The quality of food in the freshness of ingredients is always consistent. Sometimes 10 or 15 minutes wait for order, but the food usually comes hot and fresh. Very recommend the Colorado Burger, and my wife insist that the California Burger is almost perfect Burger. You can't go wrong either. I had many of their other burgers, they always get hot and the bungalows are soft and tasteful. Five stars.

Customer service is terrible. They've ALWAYS made the sweet potato fries smashed and now all of a sudden want to say they haven't made them like that in 4 years. That's the WHOLE reason we come there to eat at smashburher. They can smash tator tots but not sweet potato fries ??? I guess it just depends on the manager of the day at this point.
