Wendy's - Durant

Food was good, seemed like chili had more meat than usual, side salad was fresh, baked potato had a slight overcooked taste. Restaurant was nice and clean.

Waited for 2 biggie bags for 30 minutes half way through a worker that wouldnt stop talking ended up saying they forgot to drop the fries and then told me there was another 5 minute wait on a frosty because they didnt turn on the frosty machine … I had somewhere to be and Ive never seen a place so dirty the lobby was destroyed and not one employee was doing anything but standing around there was no customers so why am I waiting 30 minutes for a simple order ?!

I don't know what to I say, it's service was great, its food was great, and its atmosphere felt really good, I got a chicken sandwich with everything on it, and it only took a minute to get my order to me. I am known for my love of food, so come here if your craving hot, minute made chicken.

Lady taking my order with short dark red pigtails needs to learn what customer service is or work in the back because I work in customer service and I don’t just stare at people waiting on them to do my job my fries were actually really good burger was cold there was a nicer lady who was helpful but she seemed busy trying to help the lady up front anyways
