Big Jo's - Durban

I had an outstanding dining experience at Big Joe's in Durban CBD. The food was exceptional, and the customer service was excellent. I noticed that regular customers don't have to wait in line during lunchtime. The ladies who work there are always full of energy and enthusiasm. Thank you for your passion and dedication to your jobs!

I have tried their burgers and am hooked on their chicken family meal. Big Joe's represents good value for money, their food is tasty, and service is reasonably quick considering everything is freshly prepared. I really like their peri peri sauce, however I feel that they do not provide enough. 1 sachet no matter what you buy, should be addressed. A nice alternative in the area

Had a chicken schwarma, a bit too much sauce, other than that very tasty..... If they put just the right amount of sauce i would give them 5 stars..... But that being said, you cant beat the prices. If you walk in with R20 you will walk out with a full stomach and IMO thats worth the visit

I suffered from food poisoning after eating their shawarma at Midday Mall. I purchased a whole chicken, but now I'm hesitant to give it to my kids because both my wife and I got sick from the shawarma we had there. I'm still experiencing stomach cramps. It seems we may have to throw away the chicken, which is really frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
