If you know Bite Your Tongue in Durban North, it's a complete different now. The menu is different, taste is different and they only reheat cold precooked stuff. Do not reccomend especially if you know the old place.
Refilled soy sauce bottles so taste was watered down , sushi was very bland no flavour and the fish was not fresh. We had a similar experience the first time but thought we would try it again but same story. I would be happy to pay the R500 for half the amount of sushi we ate just needs to be fresh with some pride when making it. Sorry cant recommend this place.
Sushi looked very off putting and the place isn’t really nice. Dirty plates with old soya sauce spots and dust was the last straw ran screaming pretty much. Wouldn’t eat here and I don’t recommend anyone who cares about their health does either.
I've been around 5 years customer in this restaurant. I actually insist on ordering our sushi from this restaurant. their quality and service makes other places that I have visited look like they just don't make it right and I was really around the block when it comes to sushi. it is safe to say that a visit to bite your tongue at least once a month to my sushi on. oh and of course, that chow my with a jump roll. let them göder!
