Best experience ever! In a KFC, especially since its Kovid. You must be patient because adhering to the social distance at the entrance, but if you take your order, check it twice because sometimes you do not want the meal. Once order is place, you will be transferred to a social transmission where you wait for your order and someone will double check your order for you... and their area is socially distant and there is usually a place to sit and I love the addition of a handwriting station before you eat. I loved it.

This KFC is clean, fresh and good quality of meat they always have. Please keep the standard of fresh and good quality, don't do like other KFCs we have all around Durban ..KFC Smith is the only KFC in Dbn I can recommend

I asked for my fries to be swapped for coleslaw. Your website gave me the option and I took it. The lady who took my order called it to the back staff like 3 times but they still got it wrong and gave me fries(I didn't think this was a big deal). The website also wouldn't let me pay online it kept giving an error. Beside that the restaurant was fully staffed which is very rare compared to other branches. There was no queue , and I attribute this to the very efficient service I got. The staff were also very nice in the brief time I spent there.

My order was processed very quickly. The cashier was friendly. Just a guy nje who I was behind me, he could not keep the distance, worse he was taller than me, it felt like he is on my shoders
