The restaurant is impeccably clean, offers delicious food, and provides excellent value. I would definitely return!

However, I don’t quite understand why the payment machine prompts for a tip before you’ve had a chance to enjoy your meal. At that point, no one is serving you, and it feels a little odd to be asked for a tip when you're responsible for your own meal and clean-up. I’m realizing this is becoming more common, and I think I’ll start skipping the tip at the counter unless I feel the experience deserves it after I’m done. Overall, it’s a nice place with good food, but just keep in mind that there’s no table service.

I ordered the half chicken with rice and black beans. The chicken was tasty, but the portions for the sides were a bit small.

The wood-fired chicken is incredibly flavorful and reminds me of the delicious pollo dishes I used to enjoy in Cusco. This charming little restaurant not only offers fantastic food but also has wonderful staff. One of the standout aspects is how much they genuinely care about their customers. As for vegetarian options, my vegan family members absolutely love the plant-based dishes available here!

This won't be my last visit. The yuca fries are incredible. The chicken is amazing. And the green beans? Pure bliss!
