I haven't visited the food truck yet, but I've tried their food and I absolutely love it! Their burritos are exceptionally well-rounded. Regarding vegetarian options, they offer some fantastic choices. I always opt for their veggie burritos now. If you have dietary restrictions and want to avoid dairy, you can request to have the cheese and sour cream removed, and it still tastes delicious. This might vary depending on personal preference, but I find that even the simpler versions hold up really well. As for service, I usually go for takeout.
