Chipotle Mexican Grill - Durham

The delivery person was courteous and quick. Chipotle did an excellent job accommodating my food request, and the portions were generous.

I wouldn't recommend ordering takeout from Chipotle. They don't seem to pay attention to your order and only send rice and meat. We didn't receive the salsa, guacamole, or cheese that we paid for. There have been ongoing discussions about employee dissatisfaction, and it's clear that something needs to change because this is negatively impacting the business.

I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice and extra chicken, but I received almost no chicken and white rice instead. I don’t think the Chipotle itself is that bad, but they really mishandle their DoorDash orders.

Chicken was dry. They consistently give you limited chicken or steak when you order extra The lettuce also tasted funny. Ive had much better bowls from this place

Always an issue with my food when ordering takeout from this location. The salad barely had lettuce or chicken, its never any salad dressing as requested and the chips are usually stale.
