Dunkin' - Durham

They just threw my donuts into the bag without being wrapped, and then when I told them that the girl just put her hands in the pocket without touching gloves on my donuts, a few paper in it and tried to give it back to me. I would never return to this place again.

Horrible place to go! They need to replace this Dunkin’ Donuts! It’s a waste of space we have been waiting in line for almost 20 minutes horrible customer service! I really hope they replace us donut place because it seems to be the only one that’s close in our side of Durham. I would advise you to check your order because when I checked my bags there are missing a couple items! I

This place is really slow at getting drinks out in a timely manner. Are they willing to work 15 minutes more if someone orders a latte?

Normally I wouldn't even bother, this Dunkin is a hit or miss honestly. Sometimes they hit it right on the head and sometimes I feel like I just wasted 15$ on garbage, but the last thing that happened really sealed the deal. An employee had the audacity to PRETEND they didn't serve food...like AT ALL! Literally the dumbest thing I have ever heard, deleting my app and never going back!

I absolutely adore this restaurant and the staff is always outstanding. Special mention goes to the server, who is consistently friendly and helpful. He truly makes you appreciate excellent customer service.
