Every time I come to this location they give you the hardest bread, like clearly who is cooking the bread. No one wants to get a sub and you can barely bite the bread. Then you have a attitude when I bring it back to say I don?t want this bread.... ma?am you are a worker not the owner little Karen in the making?

We went in and each ordered our favorite sandwich; mine is the turkey provolone Mike's Way sans the tomatoes, his is the club Mike's Way with everything. Tony kept the line moving smoothly and her friendly personality made it all the more pleasant! Whenever we're in the mood for a delicious sandwich, Jersey Mike's at Renaissance is our destination!

Dining here is always a pleasant experience, and they handle busy hours as efficiently as possible. The staff working on Christmas Eve were especially lovely. It was pouring rain, and one of the girls braved the downpour to bring me something I had forgotten in the restaurant. That was such a thoughtful gesture!
