Feedback gevenOrdered from the app at 11:45 to pick up, prepaid. Got to the store at 12:05 and doors were locked. I could see at least three people inside, but they did not unlock the door. We went around to the other doors, but they were all locked. The sign on door said they were open 7am-9pm. We knocked and knocked on the door and finally someone came over, I explained that I had ordered on the app and prepaid, they said it would be 20 minutes! We were on lunch break and could not wait, so I asked for a refund. Manager cancelled the order, but I still don’t have my money back. I have ordered at other locations for years and never had a problem. They acted like it was ok to not open, they should shut down the app if they cannot open.
I am visiting from the DMV and have frequented most Panera Bread’s in my area.I’am in Durham, NC … stopped by for lunch and found the all employees and service to be top notch. Anyone who knows me… know that goes a long way.Thank you for making my visit exceptional.
Every single time I walk in here there's employees intentionally talking loudly so everyone waiting for their orders can all here how much they hate their jobs and how stupid their customers are. Sorry, I've worked retail and food service for years. Call me old school but I've never forced a bunch of strangers to listen to my grievances as I prepare their food.
This was completely disgusting. Not only was the drink nasty and over priced. It didn’t taste the same as it usually does when I get it. Customer service was terrible. The girl was on the phone or talking to someone via her earpiece and did not speak, even when I said hello how are you.
Waited over 40 minutes for a drive through order.Was still here as they were trying to close the store
