Feedback gevenI usually order the complete tuna sandwich from several different locations and there are so much tasty tuna from the sides that they need to use a fork to eat it. they didn't have the normal brot. but tonight I had to wait 15 minutes and when I got my sandwich, it had not enough tuna to cover the brot. in addition, the dead end pieces were not covered with the brot. even the thunfish was dry. I think someone has to be trained to make a delicious and attractive sandwich.
By far the most friendly staff, prince was super welcoming provided top customer service when my family and I came for a late dinner. that eating was also great! will definitely come back because of prince and the experience we had.
We tried to order Thursday, but the half of the ingredients for three different sandwiches were out. So we tried it again on Friday. Online ordering went smoothly, but I often wonder if they look at them while they do eat. my sandwich was missing the cheese basil and the brot on all sandwiches were overcooked, dry had hard almost burned edges. the charalate I ordered I did not expect it to be huge, but it was literally 3 bites and these are small bites. it was a $40 order, in which I was really disappointed.
Great eating in the regular customer service usually great. to the last visit. I ordered a sandwich and I had 2 small fiber bands. for the price they pay, it was unacceptable
When I say ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They went over and above to correct my order. The quick turnaround makes me a happy camper. I am a frequent customer and the customer service has always been exceptional but that minor hiccup made it even better! I will forever be a fan!
