My wife and I were a little confused because we heard they were known for their chicken and waffles, but they obviously didn't have it in their menu this day. Not much explanation, but we just did it. Their complementary cookies are also great. I would definitely recommend getting the people here for a good breakfast, but I strongly recommend you to come there before 11:00 if you want a great service experience. The restaurant closes at 2 a.m. and it felt like the staff tried to be outside and do with everything at 2 a.m. We're here at 12:30. They put us down at 1:20. The waiter hastened to order something, and we sat only less than 3 minutes at this point. After they told us that they don't have chicken and waffles, we told him that we'd make two minutes more. The waiter gave us a look, looked back at the kitchen, looked back and said: you close the kitchen, so you probably want to order? it was still 1:25 in this place. Didn?t really appreciate the body language and haste to order on this matter. They got us our food and from there at 1:45, they're 25 minutes from which we've set ourselves. They rejected the people after 1:30. To say all this, try it out, but GO EARLY!
I really enjoyed this experience. I loved the service, the food and the ambiente of the place. the waiter was super attentive and friendly. they bring homemade biscuits to each table with homemade jam. the French toast was the best I ever had. the pfirsiche and saw were so delicious. I took a star because I was not a fan of the wurstpatty and I had asked to spice well, but they were a little casual. otherwise, amazing home kitchen.
This is a beautiful black device. the decor is beautiful, but there is a true lack of customer service. I will not go in full detail about the whole situation, but it could have been better handled. the customer service is simply not there, if they don't like to eat it, even if they haven't eaten it, they are likely to pay. that is understandable, but it should also be praised on the menu so that people can know before the time. eating had great presentation, but it is probably not a place I would go back. I will not bash this company, this family and work together for their dream. but via the board customer service must be the top of any business. the fact that the bulls were raised and the kennzeichen were written after one in a party of 3 left the building to cool off is simply sad, we (2) still sat on the table waiting to pay. I understand that accommodations are not in their policy, but aggressiveness was simply not mentioned. thanks many and I hope this will help in the future.
Great find! Only place I found on Saturday morning for breakfast next to Waffle House or ihop. If you want a boring Americana breakfast, you probably won? Hearty and rich textures and unique aromas. We were asked to scan the menu on arrival, so that I imagine that your menu will rotate regularly. Everything sounded SO GOOD. It was hard to get one. I ordered the coconut honey sriracha chicken and waffles?. My partner got the ultimate cookies and Gravy with duck engraving. None of us could finish our records. Great place to recharge for daily drinking or long adventures. In any case, will return to try more food. Add: the location is very small inside. If you are a large group (more than 4), you may need to wait for a table.
If I could give this Diner 10 stars, I would! The space is tiny but so very quaint. I feel like I had gone back in time a bit. It was spotless, and the service was fabulous. The food choices on the menu were as southern as you could get. We received complimentary buttered biscuits as we waited for our food. YUM Remember the space is small, and you most likely will encounter some wait time, BUT you can order yours as takeout. That's my 2¢ now you decide!
