The escargot and sweetbreads were both full of flavor and were a great start. We then ordered the chicken with tarragon and Dijon willow and the poisson du jour, which was seared scallops Provençal. Excellent service and food. We tried the daily special seared scallops which were frankly the best I've had. The escargot were pleasant but I wish they were saltier. Mussels buttery and delicious.
