Feedback gevenThis review is about the customer service at the restaurant. The food is usually good on a normal day, but unfortunately, today was a series of unfortunate events. The chef cooked my eggs before the bacon, even though I specifically asked for the protein to come first. Not to mention, I had to wait about 40 minutes for my meal. The manager apologized and offered to refund my money, saying that the meal was on the house.
It was around 11 o'clock when we decided to stop and eat at a restaurant after driving for a few hours. When we arrived, the employees seemed preoccupied with each other and appeared to be looking out for something. We noticed that there were barriers in place to prevent people from sitting at certain tables, but there were no signs or explanations as to why. The workers seemed distracted, possibly by a commotion outside, and didn't pay much attention to us or our needs. They briefly glanced at us before returning their focus to the street outside. Eventually, we decided to leave due to the lack of attention and service.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The warm welcome and delicious food are a perfect pairing.
Food was ok. But the waitress NEEDS TO STOP SMOKING CRACK IN THE PARKING LOT AND PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE AND A CLEANER EATING ENVIRONMENT.
The staff and food for pretty good. I had the Texas patty melt plate which was filling and kept me energized just long enough to make it back home after a long drive doing Lyft. The staff there, despite having the place roped off that late at night for cleaning, still allowed me to use the restroom and were very hospitable. We cracked a few jokes just to pass the time until the food was ready. I found that comradery to be the most welcoming. Shoutout to the late night and graveyard shifts.
