Here in the hotel for four nights, eaten in the restaurant for two nights had also four breakfasts each time when eating was excellent, well prepared with a great selection on menu and big help.
I'm sorry it wasn't full. ambiance would be better. this place has really good potential in view of the right management. we were going back
Good service, nice eating. it was very quiet on Friday
Food was good, but not outstanding. Service was also good. Wine was expensive, but that is nothing unusual for a hotel restaurant. I had the blade of beef very nice; my partner had the beef and ale pie which he said was very good. Prices were reasonable under £20.00 each for a main course. No other food ordered. The restaurant had minimal decor it looked like an old granary contemporary style. Service was efficient and food was served hot on heated plates. Would eat there again if in the area.
