Nice cup of tea and roll and bacon good but place could be cleaner

A stop at NC500 is a must before moving on, as it has been the best food I've had so far. I thoroughly enjoyed the pork and apple burger. Parking is available and not far from the Smoo Cave.

We were searching for a lunch spot and stumbled upon this restaurant while feeling hungry and thirsty. The exterior resembled something out of a Stephen King horror novel and appeared to have not been updated since it was built. The interior was also outdated, reminiscent of the 1960s or 70s. Our sandwiches took a long time to arrive, and when they did, they were disappointing. This was one of only two places we visited during our trip that we chose not to revisit.

I enjoyed a tasty homemade scone served with butter, jam, and a pot of tea at the restaurant.

Very pleasant, nice lady serving. The cake was delicious and the best pot of tea and cup of coffee in Scotland so far.
