Jimmy John's - Dyer

My lunch ended nearly an hour ago, and they finally arrived. However, my sandwich was missing the cheese and had tomatoes added, which I absolutely dislike. Overall, I wouldn't recommend ordering this item—Ridge Road has much better customer service.

Never again! I picked up eating and when I came home, I had a hard sandwich with the bread tasting as if it were burned. then, as I ate it, I find a piece of hair in it. very applied.

When I opened my sandwich in the car, I was disappointed to find three layers of undercooked bacon piled on just one half of the bread. There was so much mayonnaise that it oozed out everywhere. I ordered cheese, but there was only a single slice on the part of the sandwich that had bacon. The other half was just lettuce and more mayonnaise. My total came to around $10. I emailed Jimmy John's to let them know I didn’t receive my rewards and that my account wasn’t even in their system; that was eight days ago, and I still haven’t heard back. From now on, I’ll be choosing a different lunch spot. Considering that I work for a company that orders lunch for 15 people every day, they will definitely be missing out on our business.

My experience at this restaurant was truly terrible. The staff was extremely rude, and it felt like they were under the influence of something! I waited over 15 minutes for my food, and there was only one other customer behind me. The level of unprofessionalism was astonishing. Ever since the female manager left, the place has declined rapidly. Neither I nor anyone I know will be returning. Honestly, I would rather rummage through McDonald's dumpsters like a starving raccoon than set foot in this establishment again—the food would probably be better! Do yourselves a huge favor and bring back the old staff because these new employees clearly need some serious help.
