Pizza Hut - Dyersburg

This place is good. The staff are always nice and helpful, but it seems odd that they don't deliver to our house. Mabye there's a rule that says they can't go outside of city limits, but it should probably be made to a certain amount of miles out of city limits or even just have the distance stay within Dyersburg as a whole. The pizza was good, but Papa John's is definitely a little better. They both have different styles in a way though.Parking: There is plenty of parking if you are picking up.

Ordered pizza to be delivered and store lost all record of my order so 1.5 hours later we never got a pizza. Last time this same store delivers my order 30 mins late. I have been a Pizza Hut lover for years but it’s time to stop when they can care less about their customers.

The female manager was sooo rude. From the moment I walked into the restaurant. She was screaming and yelling, swearing loud enough for everyone to hear her. She was very unprofessional. And made me feel so uncomfortable I will never order from or enter that store again. I truly hope she gets the help she needs but for now she is definitely in the wrong profession. I hope Pizza Hut realizes this as I'm sure this was not a one time thing. She's the kinda of Manager that can bring down an entire restaurant. If she remains as manager I'm certain there will be an open spot for another business shortly. I hope they hire better management.

If I could give zero stars I would. The moment i walked in the store. Before I could say anything the female manager of the store yelled and cussed me out. Told me I was banned from the store and would never receive dash orders from them again because I was late. I was on a double dash and the previous order took 30 mins to make. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go to Marcos. Food is better and service is 100% better.
