Taco Bell - Dyersburg

We ordered our burritos without cheese. They all had cheese.I have an extremely strong reaction to any dairy because of Crohn's disease. My health has been seriously jeopardized because of their incompetence. This wasn't just cross contamination. They got the order wrong. It was rung up correctly.And their service was so abysmal there was no hope of getting it corrected or refunded.Avoid at all costs if you have any specific dietary needs, because this place does not care.I'm traveling, and Taco Bell is one of the only places I can reliably get food without dairy. No such luck here. Sorry other folks with dietary needs. There isn't much in this neck of the woods, but I'd recommend hunger over worsening a Crohn's flare or having an allergic reaction, because you can pretty much guarantee that's what you'll get here.Dietary restrictions: AVOID THIS TACO BELL IF YOU HAVE ANYTHEY DO NOT CARE

Every time I come I have to come back and get it fixed it’s honestly ridiculous, hopefully someone with some actual sense can start to run it soon. Nobody does their job correctly apparently

Every time I come there , they literally do not pay attention to the orders at all. I constantly have to go back and go inside to get it fixed.

The food was delicious and it was pretty quick at the drive thru. My husband orders something he has to put together ingredient by ingredient and they nail it everytime. Now they even have it on the menu just have to change 1 ingredient. Great job!!

We got 4 quesadillas. All 4 only had ingredients on half of the quesadillas and the other half was empty!! They were so lazy when they cut the quesadillas that they didn’t even cut all the way through!! Sloppy and a waste of money. I won’t be back!
