Feedback gevenI can't believe Casey's doesn't serve breakfast at 10 am! Food: 1, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 1.
To be honest, even giving this place one star feels generous. We ordered $60 worth of food, which included two large specialty pizzas, a large order of wings, and a small one-topping pizza. Unfortunately, everything except the small pizza was a disaster. The Supreme pizza was missing pepperoni, the Taco pizza had no lettuce or taco sauce, and the wings were overcooked to the point of being burned. I tried to call and resolve the issue four times, but the phone just kept ringing. Having worked at several Casey’s locations in the past, I can confidently say this is not how a store should operate. The employees should be embarrassed by this experience.
As for parking, there are very limited spots available, especially in the morning. Additionally, the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible at all. The aisles are too narrow for a wheelchair, and it would be nearly impossible to enter through the door.
Caseys seems to be aware of these problems but hasn't made any effort to address them or improve the situation. If you do encounter issues, it's actually easier to get your money back by messaging their Facebook page; they will take care of you. Additionally, it's time for Caseys to stop putting a fresh coat of paint on things and actually invest in fixing this store. The single bathroom is not very pleasant, and aside from new signs and TV menus, not much has improved. It's time for them to put real effort into revitalizing this location and return it to a quality standard.
I just want to give a shout-out to the people in the kitchen! Even when they are slammed with orders, they make each customer feel individual and heard. Plus the pizza is always good!
