Little Caesars Pizza In Palat

The staff at this restaurant is incompetent and lacks any sense of customer service. They reprimand customers for not placing orders online in advance, yet still take an hour and a half to prepare two pizzas. To make matters worse, they abruptly canceled the order because it was closing time. This location in Wheeling should be shut down by corporate, as there is a much better option down the road.

We waited for more than three hours for cheese sticks and pizza puffs. We were understanding because they informed us that four employees had called off, but customers who ordered before us received their food while we were left waiting. When we inquired about our order, the staff member suggested canceling it. The restaurant was filled with customers waiting for their food, but very little was being served.
