Feedback gevenI'm glad the staff is cracking down on non customers using the bathroom. I sit for an hour reading the paper drinking coffee and enjoying a donut and wake up wrap. In that hour I'd see about 8 to 10 non customers come in and ask to use the bathroom. Some people were in the bathroom as long as 10 minutes. Management finally cracked down and will only allow customers to use the bathroom. People off the street let the bathroom a mess. No more thank goodness.
Johnny at the window asked me to pull forward. There was already a car sitting in front of me. I told him that’s not possible. He told me to pull forward anyway because they have a time limit at the window. Also there was nobody behind me so I said I would just sit and wait. He said no we can’t let that happen we have a time limit, very disrespectful slam the door when I told him I wasn’t gonna pull forward because there was nowhere to go. Will never be back to this Dounkin again.
Mobile order was super quick! And the young gentleman behind the counter helped me place an in person order for something additional and cooked it as well. Props to this guy! Thanks Luis!
The young men working that evening were friendly. My only complaint was that the hot coffee wasn't hot. It was luke warm.
We went inside and nobody was behind the counter for 3 minutes. The lady couldn’t get the computer to take our order. When another employee came to help from the back we ordered one sourdough bacon egg and cheese. The lady seemed to be unable to figure out what she was doing with the oven, as her coworker had to help her(who also handled the food without gloves). When we got our order, the bacon was burnt and the sandwich overall tasted bad. My girlfriend and I weren’t even mad because of how comically bad this experience was. I almost want to give a positive review because of how funny it was. In addition to all this, the store was generally unclean ex. a cigarette being on the floor. I’m pretty sure the employees were on something. Whoever manages this Dunkin clearly doesn’t care about customer service. 0/10, would come again for a laugh.
