Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

I loved the Hotel and wanted to thank LAURIE for the excellent service. She was incredible in the welcome, very polite and friendly. The hotel is very clean and very cozy. I recommend it

Laurie was amazing! It was my wife and I’s 16th wedding anniversary and Laurie upgraded us to a suite with zero charge. The hotel, rooms and atmosphere were wonderful. The stay was def worth while!!

Nice hotel for the most part. Staff was super friendly. Two things I was a bit disappointed in. The first was that when I opened a towel that was in our room, it had a clump of someone else’s hair in it. Secondly, the pool wasn’t very clean; it was full of small bugs and debris. Pool railings were also rusted. Overall, the pool just seemed old and not kept up well. Location is great though.

The airport shuttle I had to call for and stay standing while waiting. They were quick enough and very polite though. I was allowed to check in once a room was available. This is where the good things ended... The restaurant was closed on Sunday and there was nothing nearby so I had to Uber and order food. There were no vending machines or gas stations nearby so I had to go down to the front desk and get what I could carry (drinks and snacks only). The included breakfast was an absolute nightmare, no silverware was provided, only juice to drink, you had to walk across the lobby to get coffee and water and tea from their free stuff front desk store, the server wouldn't let me get something off the menu and the Continental breakfast (horribly small selection of muffins, fruit, plain yogurt, cereal only) and demanded I have the card from the front desk, but everyone else got both with no card and she served them coffee... She wasn't even out front half the time which led me to stand there for over 5 minutes. I complained to the front desk and got 3 pieces of bacon after another 10 minutes... no idea the charge. I was so irritated my mood was ruined after that. Would never come back to this Hilton. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had and I've had free breakfasts that were better.
