Feedback gevenReasonable expectations. How hard is it to get your order correct? We ordered two meals with a coke for each.We received the wrong drinks, no straws and no napkins. Seriously it’s not the end of the world but asking for the order we paid for with the ability to drink our drinks and have napkins is not an unreasonable request
The food has been good at this location.Kid-friendliness: The play place is nice for the little ones to run around in.
I come here all the time for years I used to be a mailman in New Lenox and have ordered 2 QP with no pickle or onion because of the deal they have, it’s like 2 for 6$. Today I went through and this is what I got, never happened before, I called the manager and she said “ I believe it” well I challenge you to actually take control of your business and apply practical performance measures and working conditions and maybe this wouldn’t happen. It’s not the fact that people don’t work that is a cop out, it’s that you are not trying, adjusting, or implementing effective change. If I were a new customer I would wary this one and go to the one on laraway or Burger King right next door, the owner actually lives in town.

I can't share my feedback with mcdvoice because I'm not a forensics expert with this receipt misprint. We had 2 orders and they pulled us forward in the drive thru. 1st order got dispensed, and then they forgot about us for the 2nd. I think 20 other cars passed us up. I went inside and they apparently bumped the order because they couldn't find the record of it. We had to read back to them what was on the order
