Starbucks - E Lincoln Hwy, New Lenox

Wish I could give it more stars but the cold brew is an impostor and made with some cheap n strong coffee that is bitter as heck and one of the f/ t baristas have such a bad attitude and always looks so angry and if you ask her for anything she rolls her eyes.

Ordered Venti size, gave me small paper straw, then left 2/5 cannot drink, poor serving skill and management

I stood at the register for several minutes. Two baristas were behind the counter. After not being acknowledged with so much as a be right with you, I walked away.

Sooo i just walked in and ordered a caffe mocha and the girl made me a hot chocolate... .don't come here. This is the only Starbucks around that can't get it right

Taya has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Especially being a manager! I seemed to have annoyed her when I walked up to place my order and she had to get off her phone and acknowledge me. Just horrible.
