This place a hole in the wall with good vegetarian. The ambiance isn't great, but the food is good and the people running the place are very warm. The best item on the menu are their sandwiches.

We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service.

This steakhouse in Banff has a western theme and offers a friendly welcome. The waiting staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The fillet steak we had was one of the best I've ever had. The ambience was very enjoyable and the meal was served at a comfortable pace. Overall, it was a fantastic evening.

The staff was outstanding, the ambiance was superb and the food was great. An very enjoyable evening. Can't wait to go back. It is a must eat here on every visit to Banff.
