Feedback gevenOnly ever get coffee, but they're quick and friendly. Have never been disappointed.
Regularly visit. They are good about accommodating special requests. The environment feels more like a local coffee shop than a chain. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but it is a smaller place and when it is busy it might be challenging to navigate with a wheelchair during peak hours.
Came here to grab an energy drink! Very friendly person and she offered to refill my cup that I brought in with ice water while I waited. Thank you!!
I had a bad experience this morning. First, when I arrived no one was in line ahead of me and yet the baristas behind the counter waited more than a minute to greet me or take my order. Second, I ordered a decaf coffee. I received a cup with coffee grounds floating on top and clinging to the sides of the cup. I asked a barista to look at it. He simply used additional decaf to RINSE THE GROUNDS DOWN INTO THE CUP and handed the same one back to me, still full of grounds. I handed it back and walked out. I will not be returning to this store.
I've been there 2 Saturday's this month May) and your site isn't clean. The bathroom was gross, looked the same from the week before and the dust on your product/coffee area: It should be cleaned after closing EVERYDAY as a business that serves food/beverages. Hire a cleaning service if your employees are not able to clean please.
