Starbucks - Eagan

We waited in line for 45 minutes just for coffee, and while the coffee itself was tasty, the mocha had a flavor that suggested the chocolate was very old. The drinks overall were quite disappointing. Management really needs to pay more attention to their staff and work on eliminating those long wait times in the drive-thru, as well as ensuring better drink quality before they hand them out.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it will definitely be my last. They only accepted mobile orders, but some customers were unable to place theirs due to technical issues. This should be clearly stated on the door to save customers time, as not everyone has the app. I placed my order through the app and requested a bottle of water, only to receive one that had clearly been used before. I tried to get the attention of the staff, but they ignored me, so I ended up going to the counter myself. Out of the three employees who were working that day, only one was polite and provided good customer service; the other two seemed unhappy and were quite rude. They didn't even say thank you or wish me a good day.

Went to Starbucks at this location tried a ice chai tea latte some of the staff had a rbf which is ok I know and understand with what they have to deal with some customers expecting them to know whatever fancy drink they make from social media and expect them to know how to make it I had tried a ice chai tea latte with full pumps of hazelnut and it came out good and the Hispanic male offered me that he can make a new one if it’s to sweet for me I’m a bit of a sweet drink of guy myself and was very happy with his teamwork and dedication into helping me trying out something new

Had a quick coffee before the outlet shops opened. Nice they open a little earlier.

I received a warm welcome on a cool autumn day! Caitlyn Elise was incredibly attentive and made my complicated order just right. This will definitely be my first stop before shopping!
