Dairy Queen Grill Chill

While I waited, an employee came out looking very distressed—she had been accidentally locked in the back freezer for an unknown amount of time and was understandably shaken. As I continued to wait, I noticed another employee preparing two Blizzards, assuming one must be mine, but to my frustration, he handed them to two other employees in the back. When I asked about my Blizzard again, they finally began making it, and I ended up leaving at 6:40. However, when I got to my car, I discovered it was the wrong Blizzard. I won’t be returning. Additionally, there was only one other customer who was waiting, and she also received the wrong order for her banana split, which they had to remake.

I went to get some Blizzard shakes, and they arrived halfway melted. There was no way they could have been flipped over, which they didn't even attempt to do. If they had, they would have just fallen onto the ground outside the window. To make matters worse, none of them had lids, so they dripped all over my car.

Beware of this restaurant. The kitchen is incredibly dirty. I felt the need to take a picture. Nothing appeared to be clean, the trash was overflowing, and the floor was littered with food scraps. It was easily one of the dirtiest kitchens I have ever encountered. It will be a long time before I consider returning here.

We just tried to stop to get a mini blizzard on the way home and saw only 2 cars in line so we thought it would be quick. But we were waiting after ordering for almost 20 minutes. The car in front of us also only got ice cream. But then when we got the ice cream this is strange but both my husband and I thought the whole top layer of the mini blizzard tasted burnt. It was the strangest thing. I have gone here a handful of times and even when there are a lot of people working it is still usually quite slow.

Wow. I stood and watched a kid with an arm bandage serve up 3 different soft serve cups and EAT them, while 4 of us who ordered stood and waited for 20 minutes for soft serve. Utterly ridiculous. These teens need some leadership bc they are NOT responsible enough to run this place alone.
