So lately with how the process has changed in ordering when you choose to dine in has been a total fail. All 3 times I've chosen to come in and enjoy a meal they take forever to get your order, then still have to wait for my order another while. Don't know why they would change something that was not broken before. I get maybe priority could be drive thru but there isn't a balance when one chooses to dine in.
They did not want to make me a new burger when I ordered double cheese on my burger.
We don't understand the logic of servers who handle cards and cash with customers are the same ones who clean the floor with pan and broom and change trash bags. It used to be that you could order at the counter but now you have to be seated and wait until a server arrives and they don't attend customers based on first arrived so you might have to wait a long time if you don't stand up for yourself.
I thought McDonald's in this city was the worst restaurant in Eagle Pass in terms of service but this place definitely earned 1st place. It's the first time I decided to eat here and I had the worst experience THEY HAVE A TOTAL LAX OF CONTROL THEY DON'T KNOW WHO IT'S FROM THEY DELIVERED ME THE FOOD ALL COLD, I asked for a bottle of water and they gave me a glass dripping with machine water and As if that were not enough, they charged it and it took exactly 27 minutes to deliver my order. I never thought I would hate a place so much on the first visit.
