Church's Texas Chicken - Eagle Pass

This was the worst church’s I’ve ever been to! The guy Gerardo took forever with my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and he toasted the bun and just left it out to get cold while he waited for the patty. He forgot two sides of fries for my order! I paid almost $40 for them not to even have my order right! To make things worst the chicken patty was undercooked!

Was first in line and time stamp on my order said 9:05. Several minutes later I commented to my companion that “they workers here move at a glacial pace.” At the time I thought it to be hyperbole. About 10 minutes later my 5 piece tender meal was ready and they were ready for my friend’s order, because apparently they could only take one order at a time? At precisely 9:30 her order was ready. 25 minutes to get 2 meals when there is no line? On top of that my friend said their Sprite tasted off and threw it away after one sip and did not receive the pie she ordered, which we didn’t realize until already home.

They never accept coupons sent to my home. Why send if you don't accept them.

It is a very bad idea to put the gravy inside the box, because the moyejas burn the cork and become contaminated, apart from the fact that the gravy glass in itself takes up a lot of space and the amount of moyejas that the box contains is becoming less and less.

My wife had been craving Church's for over a week. Food was great. Staff is very friendly.
