Arby's - Eagle River

The cashier( drive through) was very rode to me and my husband and there was only my car ordering food. She was so unhelpful so the manager had to help us to order and he was very nice to us, thank you Our suggestion for the cashier is get a new job andstop being lazy.

The food was decent, but the staff's behavior left much to be desired. The young employee at the window, wearing thick glasses, hurriedly asked if I wanted any condiments. I didn't quite catch what he said, so I kindly asked him to repeat the question. Unfortunately, he responded in a rather curt and frustrated tone. When I requested tartar sauce, he sarcastically remarked that it was the default option. He then went on to share two stories about customers who had asked what he considered to be silly questions. Overall, the rudeness of the staff really overshadowed the meal.

Not only will they mess up an order they won't even try to make it correct. Best 20 minute wait ever for food I did not order.

When it comes to fast food, Arby's appears to be one of the few reliable options in Eagle River at the moment. Aside from Panda Express, most other places consistently take 30 minutes or more to prepare a simple meal. At that pace, you might as well dine at a sit-down restaurant. Arby's typically has my food ready in just 5 minutes, which earns them high marks. The staff is generally decent, and the lobby is always open, which is a significant advantage. My only real complaint is that the tables in the lobby tend to be quite dirty. Other than that, this place is quite excellent.

I ordered a single roast beef sandwich and waited thirty minutes, but it never arrived. My message to the general manager is this: if this is the best service you can provide, then you should consider shutting down the restaurant. This situation is completely unacceptable.
