Jitters Where Coffee Is An Art

During the holidays, this delightful Christmas café became our favorite spot for early mornings with our toddler. They offer delicious espresso and a wide selection of teas, and we really enjoyed the fresh muffins and quiches. The bookshelf stocked with books for guests was a lovely touch. We had a wonderful time there, having breakfast and sharing stories with our son by the Christmas tree and the beautifully adorned fireplace. I highly recommend this place for its charming atmosphere and outstanding espresso.

Choosing this restaurant for breakfast might not have been the best decision. We were drawn in by the numerous positive reviews and the wide array of breakfast options, so we decided to stop by as we were leaving town. Unfortunately, the breakfast items were cold and wrapped in plastic, leaving us to microwave them ourselves if we wanted to eat immediately. Mine had been packaged two days earlier. While the food we ordered was decent, I would suggest looking elsewhere if you're specifically craving a good breakfast. On a positive note, our coffees were fresh and delicious. However, the prices felt a bit steep for what we received. That said, the place was bustling at 10:30 on a Wednesday morning, so they must be doing something right to draw such a crowd.

I truly value this community spot. The coffee is always outstanding, and the staff greets you with a smile every time. It's no wonder that it's usually bustling with people! However, I do wish they had more seating available, as there are moments when you have to wait for a table or end up taking your coffee to go.

I ordered my go-to chai with oat milk, paired with a raspberry cinnamon roll, and both exceeded my expectations. I was happy to easily find a table, and I appreciated the clear clean/dirty signs that indicated whether the tables were available for use. Overall, it was a delightful place to spend time!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I visited for the first time yesterday to meet a friend and was so impressed that I drove from midtown Anchorage today just for the customer service, coffee, and quiche. Maddie's warm and friendly personality really stood out; she treats her guests with such care that I felt like a regular, even as a newcomer. The atmosphere is delightful, with a mix of tables, cozy armchairs by the fireplace, and benches, creating the perfect setting to connect with friends, family, or business associates. The entire staff is welcoming, and honestly, who needs a big chain like Starbucks when there’s a place like this? I’m definitely going to be a loyal customer! Thanks, Jitters! Just a year later, and I’m still enjoying the same great service, food, and overall experience.
