Feedback gevenThe fish tank really caught my attention! We were seated close to the entrance, and it looked like they were quite busy. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my drink or a plate for my appetizer right away. However, they did check on us, apologized for the delay, and were very courteous throughout. I enjoyed their sushi and fried rice.
The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere, and the staff are friendly. The service was incredibly fast. The calamari had the perfect crunch, and the Kal Bi Korean plate was delicious. My kids really enjoyed their sushi. It’s definitely worth dining in!
I need to revise my previous review. I've mentioned before how much I enjoy the abundance of vegetables in their pho. I've ordered food from here several times, and while it's on the pricier side, I understand that’s the current norm. However, I recently decided to splurge and try a sushi roll, which was a big treat for me and sounded appealing. When I got home, I was shocked at how small the portion was for an $18 roll. I expect sushi to be expensive, but I also expect a complete roll. I confirmed that a "normal roll" here consists of 5 pieces, and while that’s true, it left me speechless that they would charge so much for so little food. At any other place I've been, a roll typically has more pieces, either of the same size or larger. Unfortunately, it was also far from the best sushi I've ever had. To make matters worse, the sesame chicken was a disappointment too—bland and overly watery. After this experience, I can no longer recommend this restaurant. I'm very let down.
The ambiance and decor, with its Asian themes, create a very welcoming and refreshing atmosphere. The fish tank is also impressive. The menu offers a wide variety of options. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. However, our meal was delayed because they were low on both chicken and tilapia, which needed to be thawed for our dishes. While it happens, it would be advisable for the culinary team to prepare better for such situations. Overall, though, we had a good meal and service.
I mentioned that I've been ordering this same dish for years without any problems, but she interrupted me to say that there are new owners now. When I inquired about when the change happened, she told me it had been a year, yet I had just ordered this dish two weeks ago without any issues. The woman at the front desk is probably driving away loyal customers. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and she appeared to be uninformed. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
