Mcdonald's - Eagle River

Do not order from them and expect it to be delivered when they tell you. Both on door dash and McDonald’s the time increases almost every minute to a later time for delivery. They will not tell you there are no delivery drivers available either. You have to pay for that still even if you don’t get your food at all. They will let you follow their tracker for your order and that’s it. When I called an hour after my order was supposed to be here they still had no dasher to bring me my food and wouldn’t refund it because McDonald’s had already made it. They offered a CREDIT of $13 on food I spent $38.19 on. They stated they would not refund the whole amount because the food was made. It didn’t matter that I wasn’t going to get it because there were no delivery drivers. Even when I asked why they are offering delivery with no drivers they said I couldn’t have a refund. So this is food literally no one is going to eat and they offered a fraction of what I paid. Edit to add I called my bank and told them what happened. I’m getting a full refund. When they are supposed to be providing a service you have every right to call your bank and cancel the ENTIRE amount because they failed to provide the service they are advertising. I hope this makes at least one customer go somewhere else. Don’t eat here unless you’re planning on picking it up!

My family and I love to come in here when we need a quick bite to eat. This isn’t our usual McDonald’s, but we were happy with the service. I had a bunch of kids with me that were hungry and excited to be at McDonald’s and the staff were very friendly and patient. I recommend using the kiosk to order your food or the app to order ahead you get to get rewards through the app so that’s a big incentive for me to use it.

The foods decent, but the service is wonderful! If the manager catches you smoking pot he’ll just come out and join you. sometimes they come with their own weed and occasionally will share.10/10 would recommend. And to the google employee reviewing this to see if it’s appropriate, please risk your job and leave it

Lady at the drive thru window wasn’t Friendly, but that would be asking alot of McDonalds. The sandwich was not wrapped all the way, the wrapper was torn and part of the sandwich was sticking out. Thats gross. Unsanitary given that the person that bagged it wasn’t wearing gloves. Gross. Wrap your food. They cant put cheese on a burger all the way either, shorted me on pickles, ordered 2 of the same sandwich, one had 2 pickles, the other had 6. Lazy.

Y’all might as well close this location thee wait is over an hr smh. New update as of 2023 again you guys might as well close this location because your lobby is never open for more than one month. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would say the reason why you have no workers is due to poor management, but at this point, I don’t even believe that you have any management. This is crazy.
