Unfortunately, my husband, I, and our 5 year old daughter all got sick after eating chicken here this past weekend. All 3 of us were up all night in the bathroom and it resolved by morning so it wasn't a bug or the flu. My guess is that the chicken was not properly handled or stored. We will steer clear of this place from now on. Bummer!
Very good Thai food! I’ve eaten here many times and it’s always delicious, and the staff is always very friendly. Good vegetarian options as well.
This place isn’t much to look at, but def worth the trip. The pho is flavorful and good. The yellow curry was excellent and beautiful. The kids were underwhelmed with fried rice. The service was okay, but I’d come back every day for that curry.
The green curry, the red curry- both are outstanding. Pad Thai is good, it's very consistent! Fresh spring rolls are also very good
My son who was traveling with me, loves Thai food. We had not eaten breakfast or lunch and were hungry. This was our first time in Palmer and from the main road through town we saw a Subway, which is where we were headed... but my son saw a sign for Thai food. I could not tell if it was a hotel or a restaurant, as the sign says both but it did not look inviting. If I had been on my own, I would not have stopped, but my son is more adventuresome than me, so we entered. Surprise a very simple, clean environment with a welcoming staff. The Spring rolls and soup we ordered were fresh and tasty with fresh parsley, mint, and bean sprouts. They easily responded to my sons request for vegetarian broth for the soup. It was a delightful stop in the middle of the day. I would highly recommend this place for tasty food from people who take personal ownership in what they serve. I hope they do well! P.S. I am not sure if this is rated as inexpensive or a mid range cost, as eating in Alaska was new to us, so all food seemed more expensive than the lower 48.
