They did a great job with my ubereats order friendly helpful staff!

We needed some food. I ruined the Chicken Chile Verde Burrito, which was huge! I loved the extra pick and salad on the side. And my friend has the special of the day: enchiladas. The Burrito was not hot enough for me, so I added some of their hot sauce that worked like a charm! The super family-friendly relaxed atmosphere was great. In addition, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! It’s fantastic, and the food is delicious! They really know how to manage everything efficiently, and I appreciate how quickly the meals are served.

We absolutely loved the food from Costa Vida, and our family was thrilled to not have to cook dinner tonight! However, when we picked up our order, we noticed a couple of issues. I called and spoke with the manager, who was incredibly apologetic and friendly. She promptly addressed our concerns and genuinely cared about making it right. I truly believe we're all human and can make mistakes, but it's how those situations are handled that really matters. Costa Vida demonstrated outstanding business standards and customer service! Costa Vida offers a great variety of menu options, all of which are delicious. I ordered the grilled chicken burrito while my wife chose the sweet barbecue salad, and we were both very pleased with our meals! The customization options for orders are extensive, allowing you to tailor your dish to your taste. The portion sizes are generous, and the staff appears to genuinely enjoy their work. Although there was a line of customers on Friday night, it moved quickly.
