Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

After our order was wrong (again for the 3rd consecutive time), we contacted the store to give them the opportunity to fix it. We were told they could only offer to give us the missing toppings if we came back or a $3 off coupon. I will not be visiting this location again.

82.00 bill and they refused a hundred dollars bill.This was at store id209 on plaza in eagle.The employees would not give me the mangers name or take a complaint they just said go to the website.

The people here have always been on top of their game. I've never had anything to complain about at this location. The pizza is done well and with a good timeframe in mind. if you haven't tried it already we do the pan pizzas pretty regularly! I like a cowboy with the olives substituted for bacon! most of the people there are hard at work but someone always smiles and says hi there! or welcome in!We're super thankful for you all at our P-Murphs! and look forward to another great Friday pizza night tonight! Keep up the great work.

The employees were less than friendly and/or helpful at this location. By far the worst Papa Murphy's experience I have ever had. When I asked the girls if they could add extra seasoning to the pizzas, I was told I would have to buy a shaker and do it myself. I did have them add an Herb and Cheese shaker to my order but explained I also wanted extra seasoning on the pizza. I told them that the locations I normally go to either just add extra (for free, mind you) while making the pizzas or have given me some in little cups to take home if they are premade (again, at no charge). The girls finally agreed to give me some to take home and charged me an additional $1.50. When they were finally done making my two simple pepperoni pizzas, which took about 10 minutes even though I was the ONLY customer in the store for two employees, they gave me two pizzas that were not even made correctly and a little cup that had was maybe 1/3 full of Parmesan cheese even though I specifically asked for seasoning, not Parmesan cheese. When I told them I didn't get the correct pizzas, they offered to pick off the sausage for me... didn't even offer to remake them. I ordered two $9.99 pizzas but paid $27.00. What did I get? Two pepperoni and sausage pizzas, seasoning to add to my own pizzas, a ridiculously small amount of Parmesan cheese that I didn't even want, and horrible customer service. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow and will adapt my review if anything is done to rectify this awful experience. Most likely, however, I will not be back to this location.

I don't think I can think of a better take and bake pizza! And on top of that I don't believe I have ever had a bad experience with them! And I have been eating Papa Murphy's for at least 20± years!
